Weight loss slowed down - fewer calories?

I have been doing well (lost 19lb) on 1200 calories per day. However, the last few weeks I am hardly losing any weight and in fact gained last week. I didn't stick religiously to my 1200 that week but I know I have not been anywhere near my maintenance calories (1520). I am only 5ft 1inch which is why my maintainance is so low.
So I've just logged into my goals and lowered my calories to 1100, which still shows a loss of less than 1lb a week. I really want to try to be losing one lb a week and I understand anything under 2lb a week is perfectly healthy weight loss.
I've seen guidance that suggests under 1200 isn't great but I need to get these last few lbs shifted before I go on holiday (not least so I can have an ice cream or two!) and I don't have all that long now.
Any advice???
