Hello,

I've been excercising regularly all my life but I'm turning 30 in may and setting myself a challenge of getting a 6 pack and defined upper body. I also have bad posture and regularly see a chiropractor, my other goal is to improve my core and spinal health.

I mix up interval training, insanity, TRX and spinning to reach my goal and improve my core.

I was never really overweight but the past year I've dropped 6.5kg by eating "clean" and interval training. I joined myfitness pal to help bust fitness myths I've heard along the way and keep track of my nutrition.
