Ankles and feet are killing me

Hey im just started mfp in January and im trying to get the point where i can handle jogging. But it seems the work outs i do kills my ankles and feet to the point where they almost give out. Im doing the 30DS level 1 by the way. Any suggestions?

  • Get fitted for shoes at a running store.

    Look for some good insoles

    slowly build your miles up

    spend time barefoot to strengthen your feet

    Definitely get good shoes for your work outs. That will help tremendously
