A little motivation to help :)

Every day that you do a little bit of exercise, or eat a little healthier than you were before. Don’t doubt yourself, you ARE making progress. You may not see it the next day, but a few months from now you will be at a different place from when you where before you started this wonderful healthy lifestyle change! Don’t give up! Keep pushing through and you won’t regret it!

    So very true!!! My progress with running is very slow BUT its still progress. As much as it gets discouraging sometimes, I just keep reminding myself that I WILL eventually get there. We should be proud of how far we come and not dwell on how far we have to go!

    We need to always remember baby steps are better than no steps at all.
