I'm 5'8", currently 224, and I eat 1821 per day (don't eat back exercise since I'm basing calories off of TDEE). For current loss, see the ticker below.0

I am 218, trying to get to 160 in the long run, then tweak it from there. I have lost 12 ponds since I have been on MFP. I eat between 1200-1600 calories a day, I try to stay on the higher end, but I am not always hungry. I go to the gym 5 days a week and do around 45-60 minutes cardio then lift for about 30 minutes. I also do zumba 2 or 3 times a week.0

I'm gonna count myself in here, cause I'm over 5'8", but under 5'9". I started out at 245 and am now 227.5 after about a month. I eat around 1200 calories a day. I don't always make it, but I don't mind going over. I would like to get to about 1600 so I have room to cut back if I plateau. I've been doing supreme 90, and just started 30ds. I work out 30-60 min a day, and just try to be more active. My goal weight is 145, but I may reevaluate once I get closer to that.0

Just started about a month ago, I eat around 1700-1800 net. I started at 217 and now I'm about 2100

I'm 5' 8.5" That's probably close enough. When I started mfp my high weight was 277 and I'm now 167. My calories have always varied (zigzagging) but I'm probably between 1600 to 1900.0

5' 8" and 226 pounds. I have lost around 15-20 pounds but fluctuated over Christmas and the New Year plus a holiday. Getting back on track now. Ultimately I would be happy with around 155 pounds so quite a long way to go!0

Hmmm, my app is set to 1580 cals, is this too little? Set for a 1 pound a week weight loss average. Any advice gratefully received!0

Hi!
I have calculated my BMR and TDEE and aim for about 1800 calories a day. I have been doing that for the better part of 5 months and have been consistently losing without being hungry or craving. I work out 5-6 days a week when on a cardio cycle and 3-4 days a week when weightlifting. Honestly, losing weight has never been so easy in my life!
I have an open diary and always looking for friends for inspiration. Add me if you like.

5'9" and I'm at 215, trying to get to 160. Love MFP!0

I'm 5'8" and some fraction I think. My goal is 135 but I'm small framed so it's probably a bit less than a lot of women my height would be comfortable with.0

I'm 5ft 9", nearly 44 years old, currently at 172lbs, realistic aim is 160 with second 'maybe 'aim of 154lbs. Dream goal which I don't think I'd get to without being really obsessed and miserable would be 150lbs!
Currently eating around 1500 cals a day, doing cardio/weight classes 5 mornings per week with 2 other weights only sessions somewhere. Desk bound job 9am - 5pm. Usually active at weekends following dogs and ponies around on foot!0 -
Hello! I am a little over 5'9". My starting weight was 198 lbs and I am currently at 153. I have hopes of getting to 138 (but would settle for 140!). I average between 1500-1600 calories a day. Currently I am working out 4-5 times a week. Feel free to add me as a friend ladies!0
