Zumba is not listed on the exercise choices - any thoughts on a 1hr session??

    This is pretty accurate w my HRM for a normal non toning class. I burn less in toning, but it's worth it :)

    Just a head's up - when I first checked out the calories at that site, I thought that they had to be wrong because they were so high. I wore my HRM to the next class and was surprised that I really did burn 600+ calories in a 1 hour class. So it looks like the site is pretty accurate.
