Eat everything in moderation. There is no need to cut out food if there is nothing medically wrong with you.0

Just about all white starches. Whole grain/wheat bread > white bread, spaghetti squash or whole grain noodles > pasta, sweet potato > reg potato... etc. Avoid soda/sweet tea. If I'm craving a soda, I usually grab a seltzer water and add a crystal light mixer so I'm getting that "soda" satisfaction because of the carbonation. Steamed/fresh veggies > canned, fresh fruit > packaged/frozen fruit . Green tea at least 3 times a day, I usually do 3 tea bags in 1 cup. Lean meats > red meats (limit to once a week if you can). Sweet tooth? Go for frozen greek yogurt > ice cream. I put mine in a waffle cone so it feels like ice cream !!
These things worked for me!0 -
