Adding Your Own Exercise

Hey everyone! I'm still fairly new to mfp so I'm still in the works of figuring things out. One of my biggest questions is when you add your own exercise such as insanity, HIIT, P90x, etc how do you know how many calories you have burned if you don't have an hrm? I would appreciate everyone's help and advice! (:

I'm wondering the same thing. My husband bought me the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and I don't seem to find that as an option in the database. Thanks for asking the question!0

I'm also open to friend requests! (:0

You don't. The only way to know is with a HRM. Other than that you can log it under high impact aerobics or calisthenics but the calorie burn won't be accurate.0
