Not sure if full or satisfied

I've gotten so used to eating my emotions and stuffing myself when bored and scarfing down my food that now, if my stomach doesn't feel full and bloated (bursting), i think Im hungry! I just ate lunch at 2:00 and am hungry already. I had:
1 cup green giant digestive health veggies: yellow carrots, navy beans, and spinach
6 asparagus spears
1 small pan de queso (it's basically a biscuit with a tiny pbit of cheese in it)
3-4 oz rotisserie chicken.
I'm drinking green tea, and coffee and water but I still want to eat! I'm chewing gum right now, but I know if I keep using gum this way, I'll be buying a pack of day. I think this is why I do so well on how I eat throughout the day, and then binge at night. My TDEE is 2200 so I'm trying to stick to 1900 calories per day (not eating back exercise calories) to lost these stubborn last 6 pounds.
And before I get a lecture on "you look fine, or you dont have much to lose at least." or "Quit obssessing"....It's not that simple or easy. It's about self control and I feel like I don't have it. Can people take a look at my food diary and give me suggestions? How can I feel satisfied after 400-500 calories without eating to the point that I need to unbuckle my belt?
