I wonder how many calories doing a polar plunge burns? Anyone have any idea?
Doing my 3rd year of plunging for Special Olympics. LOVE Polar Bear Plunges!!! Sometimes go with family/friends on New Years Day as well.
The cold and shivering alone has to be burning away those pesky calories.
