Seeking Suggestions for Weight Training at Home

I'm hoping someone can give me good ideas for video or routine for weight bearing exercize at home without having to purchase equipment. I'm 49 and my goal is to stay strong as I get older (I'm lucky in that I'm naturally muscular, but I won't stay that way without working on it). I want to keep it simple, but still get all the major muscle groups covered. I'm not a big gym person and prefer to exercize at home. I have an elptical that I use regularly, so that covers cardio. I also practice yoga regularly for strength, balance and flexibility. so I'm looking for something I can do at home for 20-30 minutes a couple of times a week to fill in the weight training side of things. Any suggestions?
