Jumping rope kick out extra carbs

If you find that you are consuming too much carbs or going over a little bit try incorporating some more cardio about 2 hours after you eat, a great cardio workout is jumping rope if you do it for about 15 minutes a day you will see the tremendous difference that it makes

    I did that today, and WOW are my legs feeling it.

    thats great try doing it everyday sand build up your endurance to do longer jumps its good for the whole body

    I'm going to do my best to build up to it. but I think tomorrow I have GOT to give my body a break. I don't want to fizzle out.
