No. I lost weight by eating at a deficit and exercising.

i have been eating healthy and exercising 5 times a week. i no longer drink any soda for about 2 months now and have been eating healthy and exercising for about one month. i just wanted know if this has worked for anyone as i have not lost any weight for the last 2 weeks and its extremely frustrating being that i have been exerciscing and eating right. maybe this will kick start everything i am doing

None of the ingredients have been shown to increase weight loss.

What has been shown as an effective weight loss program is eating at a moderate calorie deficit. What has been shown to help people maintain their weight loss is regular exercise.

Pills, sprinkles, and powders (no matter how "natural" they claim to be) don't teach you anything about how to lose weight and keep the weight off. They do nothing to help you lose weight quickly.

So I think you wasted your money, because that advice was free.

Having patience will work too. ...

Weight loss is not linear. Re-assess your calorie goal to make sure it is appropriate for your activity level, have more patience, and focus on being healthy first, and put weight loss second.

Two weeks is no reason to go running for "jump starts" ( see above post )
