Sugar-free flavored gelatin is a great option: it's cheap, easy to prepare, has about 4 grams of protein, no carbs, less than 20 calories, and takes care of those cravings. Gelatin is also good for your skin.0

Thanks so much for all the suggestions - the general consensus seems to be to spread out the calories throughout the day, which I'm definitely going to try. I like the sugar-free flavored gelatin option too! Am also going to check out the group0

I have learned to really enjoy hot tea, i put 2 packets of stevia in it.
