My name is Stephanie. I am a 35 year old mom, wife, college students and employee of many. So many things on my plate that I tend to over do it on my dinner plate. I was at 170 before the weightless challenge at work and now weigh 165. Still more to lose but with everything going on it is hard to keep motivated. I am hoping by coming to forums I can find the motivation I need to keep going. I am realizing that somethings I can take off my fave foods to reduce my calorie intake but I know it is a work in progress.
I try and work out three times a week even though I would like more because am doing my first 5k in just a few weeks. Any tips advice is always welcomed. Thank you.
