Great filling warm snack with a kick

Lets all contribute to this list, for those of us who are tired of raw carrots and celery:
My fave right now -- roasted fennel. It is warm, not bland, and you can eat a pound of it if you want. Very low on calories. I add 2 spoons of red wine or balsamic vinegar (now that has calories that need to be watched) and it is a lovely snack.
It also makes a large size side dish. It is also nutritionally rich and high in fiber, foliate, calcium, has protein...
What is your favorite low calorie/high nutrition snack?

i slice up an apple and add 1/4 cup of water, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 mins. after i top with cinnamon and sometimes honey. yummy baked apples in 2 minutes!0
