Ok so I have a question about snacks. I have my MFP set up so that I have three main meals and then a snack in between meals and then a bedtime snack. So my question is how much do you guys eat for a snack? I've seen some people on here eat like almost a meal kind of thing. I usually have either fruit, yogurt, or a special treat ( chex mix, or a hood sugar free ice cream sandwhich) I'm finding that im not really comming close to my calorie intake by the end of the night( I usually have 350-600) left and im not looking for that perfect target either but some days I dont even hit the 1200 ca. I want to still be healthy but not go over my fats,carbs,protein etc. Also I know I have asked this question before (sorry for the repeat) but the protein whey powder, for those of you who use it, do you drink it just when your working out,or as a filler? Just curious.

  • I eat "snacks" like popcorn, fruit ect. If you made your diary public we would be able to help you better...
