I have enough calories left for it. I am just so used to WW where if you have the points for it...enjoy! Is that the way counting calories pretty much works? This is going to take some getting used to so please bear with me and my crazy questions lol.

Yes the most important thing is that it fits your calories. The healthy or not issue is another thing and not to do with you losing weight so it's up to you if you want it have it.0

Eat and enjoy!0

I really want some hot fries...but i'm not strong enough to eat just a handful. are you strong enough to eat just one bar? if so go for it0

nutrition be damened...... if you arent happy and getting some things you want you wont stick with it. If its within your caloric intake goals then eat it, or what ever else is going to make you feel good and keep you in the zone. i'm eating hoof prints frozen yougurt now as i type this at approx 220 cals. i have been having it 4-5 times a week when cals allow for a year now and im still loosing ::)0

I have something sweet daily! Tonight I had three Reese's Cups (the individually wrapped ones). If you have the calories eat it and ENJOY it!0

If, and only if, you have the willpower for it, Fun Size candy bars are great for timres like this.
IMHO, why bother with awhole MW candy bar? The Fun Size will work.0 -
I find if you allow a small treat every now and then you are less likely to crave it when you can't have it. Perhaps allow yourself one treat a week and you have something to look forward to.0

Go for it!!!!0

If it fits your calorie limit, and its what you really want....go for it!0

I say go for it if you have calories to spare. A treat once in a while is a good thing!0

Have the Milky Way.
WW just converts calories into points. Same difference.0 -

I bought dark choc baking chips so when I had any small amount of calories left I could count out those little chips till my calories left were zero lol.0

This. And if the candy bar makes you want more is it worthwhile to put up with the annoyance of resisting the urge to have more in order to enjoy it?
If so, go for it! Don't make this harder than it has to be. It's hard enough already.0 -
No need to deprive yourself.. if you are under most days going over 1 day isn't going to cause you to gain weight.. enjoy it..it might prevent a binge later.0
-
I never deprive myself if I will fit in with my calories for the day.... have that candy bar!0
-
Eat half that will satisfy the crave and you won't feel as bad later0
-
The way I do it is to figure what part of the day it is.
If it's the end of the day and I have the calories left...I go fo it.
If it's still early in the day and may need those calories for a meal... I wait.
Make sure you keep only mini size candy bars and ice cream bars around the house.
A mini size Milky Way ice cream bar is only 90 calories.
Denying yourself an occasional 'goodie' is a great way to undermine your progress.0 -

Try to find something that you like just as much but doesn't have quite as high glycemic impact. A dark chocolate Snickers bar is better, and dark chocolate covered almonds are better still. Fast metabolizing sugars will delay your progress and increase your frustration, and denying yourself will make you unhappy. If you want real sustainable results, develop positive alternatives that you like.0

if you want it ,eat it. The more you restrict yourself completely of a little "treat" the more likely you are to fail your diet completely. You can have a "free day" once a week where you can indulge a little. This will keep your immune system from plateauing0
-
If it fits into your calorie goals heck yes you should eat it! Take small bites and savor it guilt free! I had one of the new Milky Way Carmel's last week and it was amazing!!0
-
I could not live w/o my chocolate! lol. Its ok as long as it fits your calories. Enjoy!0
-
Then eat it. And don't feel guilty. If you have calories left, it is on like donkey kong.0
