How do I handle this?!

So, I'm new on this, but I've been working out and trying to build muscle/keep a healthy weight/eat right.
However, I find it hard to eat sometimes because not only do I fill up easily, but I can't bring myself to eat "too much". Any advice on what I can eat to "reach my calorie goal"? I simply don't know what to do.

To be honest, I just eat when I'm hungry. I have a "goal" or what ever but I mostly use it when I feel like eating a little more. Just eat when your hungry. Everyone has different levels of hunger. That's just my opinion
I don't see why someone would force themselves to eat..
