    Born in Washington, IA. I've also lived in Osceola, Keokuk, Vinton, Davenport, Keokuk (again), Atlantic, Van Wert, Dexter, Farmington, Grimes, Johnston, Urbandale, and finally Des Moines. My wife would love a warmer climate but I won't consider leaving Des Moines as long as my parents are still living which I hope is a good long time yet. I love Des Moines. It especially good for me now that I have renewed my love of running. Lots of great trails to run and plenty of races to enter. If you're looking for more friends send me a request. MFP has been very good to me as it has helped me drop 70+ pounds.
