HIIT and tummy issues....

So I've started doing some HIIT. I do a 17 minute workout. Today I did my second workout. With the first one, when I was finished, my stomach cramped up. I went to the bathroom and had a BM. Same thing happened today. Is this normal? I've never cramped nor had to go immediately after a regular cardio workout before......

Yea, I know, TMI and gross, but it's weird and I like to know if weird stuff is normal or not.
