CRAVINGS!!!

okay.

i never had to fight craving this much than yesterday and today...
and i lost the fight... :(

is there anything that can cause cravings? maybe lots of herbs and spices? or anything that can help against them?

i ve been dieting now for 4 weeks (first week-weight loss, other 3 weeks-stand still)

    Don't beat yourself up for giving into a craving. It's perfectly fine to treat yourself every now and then as long as you stay within your daily caloric limit, even breaking it by a little bit is fine. Sometimes a lack of vitamins, minerals and fats can cause cravings so make sure your new way of eating (let's not look at it as a diet) is well rounded for proper nourishment. Other than that I don't know much else. :) But green tea is a great appetite suppressant.
