I'm a student in High School and I'm taking a strength and conditioning class, and I'm going to start jogging once the weather warms up. I'm looking for someone to give me some help, where we could help each other and push each other to keep going on this weight-loss journey. I'm sixteen, 5'5" and I currently weigh 128lbs, I'm not overweight, just very unfit.

    Start with walking. Just push yourself to move, dirt roads, fields, (wear some sturdy shoes) it doesn't matter just increase your heart rate. Maybe some free weights, some whole body workouts with DVD's.
