I've only had like 800 or some thing calories and it's 1pm, I just weighed myself and I weigh about 2lb more than what I should weigh. I normally weigh in the mornings before I eat and after Ive gone to the loo.

because you eat and drink and that is in your stomach right now?0

normal. that 800 calories you ate... that weighed something. If you have had any drinks... that weighed something. there are other reasons too, but you can google those.
Mainly, just pick a time of day (morning after bathroom and before food is great) and stick to it and don't worry about how it changes during the day.0 -
Do you put food in your belly?0

I say definitely gravity....0

There's a reason you weigh yourself in the morning. It's because there's nothing in your system to make you heavier. You're at your lightest weight first thing in the morning, after you've used the restroom. Of course you're going to weigh more midday, after you've eaten and drank fluids. Just keep weighing yourself in the morning, and track your loss there. There's no need to weigh yourself multiple times in one day, either.0

You've made my morning, sir.
You and this 32oz coffee.0 -
A litre of water weighs 2.2lbs.
800 calories of, say, lettuce, weighs 11lbs.
If you stand on a scale and I hand you a sandwich, the weight will go up. If you then put that sandwich in your mouth...0 -

I would check your height too...I bet you will be shorter. Wait..wait...if you are shorter, wouldnt you weigh less??? I am starting to confuse myself. :ohwell:0

This will probably scare you stupid, but I am just gonna throw it out there.
On an average day your weight can fluctuate up to 5 pounds a day.
Food needs digesting and that takes time, just relax, weigh yourself just once a day and if need be once a week!0 -

Because the body is able to create waste out of thin air. It's the extra poop that adds to the scale.
It has nothing to do with what you've eaten or drank, or the physiological systems of how the body regulates pH.0 -

Thought this said gravy... Gravy could certainly be another culprit0 -
Yeah, I'm going to need to see a source also.
