Hello!

Hey peoples.
Just joined here to see if it would help better motivate me to do something about my weight. I'm also doing it to support my partner in her goals too :)
My plan is to lose my buddha belly then start weight training, would there be a specific way I should this? Also, it may sound stupid but I sometimes I have problems with motivation. I do want to lose the weight but when it comes down to the punch... well, I'm lazy! Is there any good methods of motivation?
