Chocolate without guilt

I love chocolate, almost as much as I love Buzz Lightyear, but that's another post. My poor, sweet husband, lol!
Anyway, I LOVE Easter chocolate....snickers eggs, hollow bunnies filled with peanut butter and honey, cadbury eggs....they have been taunting me in the grocery store And I'll admit to caving more than I should have lately.
I also love greek yogurt and I found Stonyfield Farms Oikos Greek Yogurt in 4 packs at Wal Mart last weekend. I never shop at WM but I can get some of my staples there cheap and money is tight so, I discovered these little gems. They have chocolate, blueberry and honey. I was hesitant to try the chocolate and ate the others first (which were VERY good). Today I tried the chocolate and MMMMMMM!!!! It was kind of like having chocolate syrup mixed into vanilla ice cream. At 110 calories, 17 carbs and 10 g protien, these will so be my new chocolate craving fix!!!
The price is steep if you aren't used to paying for organic greek yogurt but WELL worth every penny

There's actually an article in the fitness magazine I just purchased about the benefits of a small piece of DARK chocolate now and then, for all the antioxidants in it.0

I do love good quality dark chocolate as a treat too, and it is great for you. Unfortunately, with the way I like to enjoy chocolate, I think the yogurts are a safer choice for me most of the time, lol. Portion control, protien, something I can fit in everyday. But you are totally right about dark chocolate0 -
As I reading this I am eating my Oikos Honey flavor, but I didn't see the chocolate!!!0

I was actually surprised. I used to be a big chocolate fan. Not so much anymore. I don't know what happened. After i had my kids, chocolate just didn't sound good to me anymore.0
