Any good suggestions for a meal replacement shake. I like hem for lunch because its easy and controls how much. I like high protein, fiber is good too, low cal and something that will keep me full! I've used ProFlex 20 on occasion but its supposed to be for after a workout.

I know there have been lots of good suggestions from MFP members whenever this comes up. Last time it came up I think it was decided that we all have different tastes. I like vega-one chocolate with some unsweetened almond milk and frozen berries. But I did try blending it up the night before one time to have it ready for my early morning workout. I would not recommend that. If you can't make it and drink it fresh I am not sure what a good option is.0 -
I'm not a big fan of using a shake as a meal replacement because personally I would much rather eat my calories than drink them since it's more satisfying. I use protein shakes as a way to supplement my protein throughout the day.
I digress. Check out EAS brand meal replacement powders/drinks or Met-Rx has a new protein and oats mix that is pretty good (I had vanilla cinnamon). These can be rather expensive though, especially if you buy the pre-mixed variety.
I find that if I plan out my week, I can make healthy, satisfying meals that last me for the week. For example, on Sundays I make enough chicken, brown rice, and broccoli for five meals and portion them out into Pyrex containers and just stack them in the fridge. When I leave for work in the morning, i just grab one and go.0 -
I blend 2 scoops of EAS whey protein, one banana, one cup of Pure Almond Unsweetened Vanilla milk, and 1.5 cups of ice. Only 280 calories and lots of protein which keeps me full! Plus it tastes just like a milkshake! Sometimes I add a tablespoon of peanut butter too for extra protein.0

Qivana Meal replacement shakes are really good for what you are describing. 30g protein, 20g carbs, 5g fats, 4g fiber, and only 220 Calories per shake. They come in single serving packages so you get exactly the right amount of nutrients for your meal. I use mine for breakfast because I rarely have time to make a good meal in the morning. No artificial sweeteners. Message me for more details. Not going to post any websites or crap like that. Good luck.
