Results?! Desperate need of help!!!

Hi guys,
I'm starting to feel demotivated here, and I wonder if someone with a bit more insight into this could help me out. I've been at it for three weeks (I know that's not a long time), but I've seen NO results, no weight loss, no inches lost, nothing. I certainly don't feel any fitter, and so I'm wondering if my current diet and exercises choices are actually doing anything for me.
So here's pretty much my day: I do 45 mins of ballet conditioning when I wake up, then I have a smoothie (which consists of banana, spinach, peanut butter and almond milk). I'm a student, so most of my day involves sitting around. For a snack I'll have an apple or a clementine, and for lunch I have two slices of toast with half an avo. I have a coffee in the afternoon, and then dinner is vegetarian alternative to meat (just like a 'chicken fillet'), and a big bowl of salad (nothing fancy in there though). Then my evening workout is 45 minutes of yoga.
While my side goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, my ultimate goal is to lose weight, so I'd really like to get into weight loss (versus just healthy) habits asap. If anyone has any ideas, advice or comments, PLEASE share. I'm in serious need of some guidance!
Thanks

Your diary is closed, but from your generic description, it seems like you eat less than 1000 calories a day. You need to eat more, especially since you are training and conditioning every day. Please read this:

This.
And with a little more than 20 lbs to lose, you should only be aiming to lose 1 lb per week. Anything more is too aggressive. And if you exercise you should be aiming to eat at least 50% of those calories.0
