Pre and Post Workout Routine

Pre:
1 piece of fruit (usually an orange or banana)
6 oz. of Green Goodness
1 Multi-Vitamin
1 Tbs. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Post:
1 Drop of Electrolytes in ON Double Chocolate Shake (either with water or unsweetened almond milk)
Cold Shower
