New things I've tried in the past few months

Ever since I've joined my band I've been feeling more adventurous when it comes to food.
In the summer I tried a cherry tomato - it wasn't bad texture wise but I didn't like that burst of flavor you got
I had the slice of cucumber found in my water before a gig in November thanks to Finaginns or however you spell the bar name.. irish pub.
I had broccoli before a gig at Chinese Kitchen which wasn't too bad. I didn't like the stem part of it that much. When my parents made some I could barely manage two or so before my tummy became out of order.
I had my first chicken ceasar salad that I could remember at our last gig before the old band broke up and ate basically half of it which is what I planned on.
I had red onion on a recent date (my date's choosing) which the only problem was that it was too spicey for me
I had green beans which wasn't bad - I feel weird though eating a lot of those  maybe if it was chopped up.
I made two bucks eating a jalapeno pepper - wayyyyyy to spicey for me bloody hell.
And just this week I had a chicken ceasar salad after band practice just because I was in the mood for one. I've learned that I don't mind the darker of the greens, its the lighter stuff thats more problematic for me...my vocalist's girlfriend, who'll eat just about anything and doesn't thinking about texture etc, thought it might of been the other way around so  Other then that it wasn't bad at all.
My goal is to find a salad that I wouldn't mind making at home they really do look yummy when I see them - I just gotta find the right... toppings for it.

I really enjoy Almonds, Dried Cranberries, Green Olives, Black Olives in my salad. when i make a salad, i dice all the "toppings" very small That might be a good trick for you to get used to eating different types of veggies.0
