I could eat a man to shame these days

When I started lifting again I was starving for the first week or two. Not for lack of eating either. I've lost all my weight eating between 1700 and 1800 cals a day. After a few weeks it died down and everything went back to normal. I think it's pretty common.0

Don't sweat it. I always tell dudes I am not afraid to eat. And that I'm not afraid to work out and sweat. They like that! I'm pretty hungry if I only eat 1800 (BMR nearly 1700), but I train 10 hours a week for bike racing, I'm tall, and pretty muscular. I can maintain at around 2500 cal/day average.0
