    If you don't have an HRM, yet, log it as circuit training, general.

    For me, recording 15 min of 'circuit training' works out about right, plus or minus some depending on my effort level.

    I do 30DS too, I just started level 2 and I seriously think that bit%$ is trying to kill me, LOL. I always log it as circuit training, general. Generally, I don't eat back my exercise calories anyway but I still like to "see" them. Feel free to add me if you need some friends!
