Hey Everyone!
I have a heard a few different things about whether or not iced tea and adding flavor packets to your water actually counts as part of your water intake. What are you thoughts? Thanks!

There is no reason other than personal preference not to count all non-alcoholic liquids as they are all mostly water. Even caffeinated drinks like tea and coffee, and sugary drinks like soda are mostly water. Except perhaps for a some energy drinks there is not enough caffeine in tea, coffee or soda to make a difference in hydration.
You should still count the calories in your food section for drinks with calories.0
