Update Ticker -Anyone know how?

I have revised my personal settings (as my new scale has me weighing more than my old), but my ticker has not changed on my profile page.
Does anyone know how to re-set the ticker?
Thanks, I am new and I need all the motivation I can get...including the ticker.

    Hi, click on the Apps Tab, then click on Apps Gallery, then click on weight loss tickers 2nd from bottom right hand side, then click update weight data. Gratz on your progress :happy:
