    Thanks for posting this. This kind of post is helpful because in addition to inspiring us, you've laid out the roadmap you took thus providing for us an example (not a blueprint) of what can be done. I really appreciate it and I'm sure I'm not the only one who does.

    Oh and I agree, I also think I look better now than I did in my early 20s. I hated being super skinny and I knew nothing about building muscle. I am so, so happy at a higher weight and I love my new muscles.

    Thank you for your kind words everyone and I'm glad my engineering/logical self translated well when I laid out everything I did. LOL.
