Quick question about MFP

Hello,
I have been tracking my food daily and just recently started paying attention to some of these message boards. I've noticed people mentioning sometimes they have calories leftover at the end of the week, especially if they don't eat their activity calories. I see where it tells me at the end of the day how many calories I've hit and what I have left. My question is, do people keep track of each day and add this up, or is there somewhere on the site that tells me and I'm just not seeing it??
