Um yeah, sound too good to be true? I thought so too. ha ha. But there's a logic to it and it worked!

    Really interesting! I see how that makes sense, if it's fit into the daily calorie allotment.

    Yeah, and surprising that people on the low-carb diet gained back weight in the second half of the study, whereas the high carb and dessert meal plan dieters continued to lose more weight!

    Really think the study points more towards not depriving yourself of things you like helping you to stick with a "diet" or making it a permanent change.

    I think so too.
