Um yeah, sound too good to be true? I thought so too. ha ha. But there's a logic to it and it worked!

Yeah, and surprising that people on the low-carb diet gained back weight in the second half of the study, whereas the high carb and dessert meal plan dieters continued to lose more weight!0
