Power through sick or rest up?

Hey all,
More thoughts needed from the community. I have been sick as a dog since Monday and my last workout was Saturday. I feel so annoyed for not working out, but bronchitis is just killing me- I know I will be able to tolerate very little (if any) cardio yet. I missed so many days and I am supposed to go out of town tomorrow. Is it worth it to try and push through and do an hour of strength training and as much cardio as I can today and tomorrow or should I just wash this week out, rest and get back to my workout schedule next week?
I just don't know if it does more harm than good to try and push yourself. I hate feeling like I "lost" a week. But at the same time, I am nervous to push it, get myself even sicker and risk "losing" more time.
How do y'all handle illness?

Rest is best. Pushing yourself can lead to the body lapsing and getting sick again. At least for me. Your mileage may vary.0

I've heard a general guideline is that if the symptoms are above the neck (i.e. stuffy nose, sore throat, etc.) then you should go ahead and workout but keep it light/reasonable. If your symptoms are below the neck (chest cold, upset stomach, etc.) then you should rest until you're better before working out.0

with bronchitis I'd rest up or at most go for a walk or light yoga.0

Yeah, if it was just the sore throat, sniffles- I would go. It's the chest part, where it feels all raspy to breath as it is that causes me concern. With my luck I'd turn bronchitis into pneumonia cause I want to get healthy. lol0
