We eat a lot of Chicken. Cut the breast open, stuff it full of mushrooms, tomato, capsicum, zucchini, herbs and spices...cheese..

I get the bags of boneless skinless chicken breasts and cook them all at once, usually sunday nights. It's cold here in kansas right now too, so I spray a little olive oil on a pan, make sure to coat the chicken, a little garlic salt and pepper and cook for about 10 min a side. I freeze them all. That way all week I can warm up one and put it on a salad or any other recipe.0
