Anyone else have digestive issues from veggies?

I love veggies, but I'm coming to realize they don't all love me! All my favorites - broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, onions, kale - I believe are giving me digestive issues.
I read this article about it.

I thought it was interesting. And I think it's interesting to think about our ancestors and how they didn't have access to all of these veggies. I know they're healthy, but is there a point when we have too many?
Anyone else have these issues, and what do you do (if anything) to combat it? What do you think about reducing veggie consumption??

cooking and "pickling" vegetables (kimchi, saurkraut, pickles) can make them easier to digest.0
