Hello All! Well, I lost 52lbs in about 7 months, over the holidays I gained 7lbs back, While loosing weight I stayed around 1100-1200, IT WORKED. But then it was like pulling teeth to loose the last 10lbs. Obviously, I hit a plantu. After 2 months of slacking and gaining 7lbs, I'm back to eating healthy, doing cardio daily and now I started weights. Should I keep it at 1200 since I took a long break, or should I up them to maybe 1400? I'm afraid If I UP them, I'll gain even more weight! HELP!!
