30day shred

Good Afternoon Everyone, I just bought the 30day shred dvd about a week ago and I watched it this past weekend. Does anyone have any tips on surviving this?:happy:

    This is my second week with the 30 day shred. This is my second round with the shred. I actually didn't make it last time. I was only 5 months out post partem then, and my joints and ligaments were too lose. Now, I can really tell a difference.

    I did the level one for a week, and now doing level 2. I keep a glass of cold water nearby to refresh myself while going through the video. My best advice, do as much of the moves as you can, and start off with the moderated version. If you need to take a break, do a step touch cardio move or something similar to keep you moving while you catch your breath. And like she says on the video, your routine is only 20 minutes long, you can't break the whole time. I take a break and take 2-3 deep breaths, then go back at it.

    It is difficult, but a few days in I could tell the difference in my endurance and energy level. I have already bought the Ripped in 30 dvd to use as a follow up to this one.
