I just updated my goals to reflect my new weight (lost another 5 pounds!) but I'm not sure if MFP updated my maintenance calories. They are at 2000 and I'm pretty sure that's where they were before. Am I missing somewhere how to update them or is MFP updating them for me when I change my weight in my goals?
Thanks for any help,
Steven

It's not necessarily every five pounds, but whenever the MFP calculation threshold is met. It will definitely prompt you that have reached a new goal caloric intake and then you just accept the new total. It might be another 2-3 pounds for you. For me it was the first 10 lbs, then 8 lbs, etc.0
