Appetite *boosters*?

Probably a strange question on a calorie counting site, but anyone have any tips to boost appetite? Besides exercise - I already work out six times a week, 3 cardio, 3 lifting.

I'm fairly heavy on protein in the mornings, and sometimes I find that by midday I'm still not really that hungry for lunch. That then utterly screws my eating schedule for the rest of the day. One obvious step which you'll probably find looking at my diary is to move my fiber supplement to midday or evening, which I plan to do. Anything else?

I drink a lot of water (but don't always log it all), but I'd rather not cut down on that because I suffer the dreaded kidney stones.

Edited to add : I'd rather not reduce what I eat at breakfast, one because it's my pre- and post- workout, and two because I'd end up struggling to make my calorie goal for the day. If the answer was that obvious, I'd not be asking :laugh:
