First success

So I have been on my diet and working out now for 4 weeks. I changed what I eat and how often I eat and cut out soda completely. Still working on working out on a more consistent basis but doing it from 3 - 5 days a week. I am now down 11 pounds and 3 pant sizes. Had to go shopping for new pants and a belt since my old ones were falling down. Still a long way to go but the first steps are at least moving forward.
