Do you use the reports function

I have periodically looked at this for the nutrition just to see where I was falling. Well, this week has been a little tough and I weighed myself today and I have gained two pounds. 2 pounds?! I had been logging in daily, every day since the 30th of December. Well I did the reports for the last seven days and the last 30 days. It shows that I am a net 1400 calories over my cumulative allowance for the week. So it really helps sometimes to look at that, it helps to ground me and motivate me to understand all these numbers.

Yes. Not for calories as I've been tracking and averaging those separately to figure my TDEE. But periodically I will use the reports to look at exercise or specific nutrients over time.
