"CSection moms who have lost their pouches".... is that a myth or are you out there? How did you do it?

I still have a little bit of stretched skin, but I'm almost there. I think it is more from pregnancy than the c-section, really. For me, it has been about reducing fat through cardio, strength, and clean food. Sounds easy, but it isn't. And it has taken about a year.
Good luck!

I had 3 c-sections; the last one nearly 10 years ago. My last section was very wide as there was a lot of scarring from the previous ones, so the doctor extended the incision and removed previous fused scar tissue. It created a better end result (same OB, so perhaps his skills improved).
I started spinning about 3 mos. after the last c and lost all the baby weight; the pouch was not that bad although I did have diastasis recti.
