Cheat days.

I have Sunday as my cheat day. I drink a little and have a pizza for dinner. What do you do on your cheat day?

    My wife and I go out for one nice dinner per week. Usually it is on a Friday or Saturday night. Given all the hard work we put in to our nutrition and exercise throughout the week, we do not use the "cheat" meal as an excuse to go overboard. However, we will have cocktails, beer, wine and order whatever looks good. It just usually means we are not finishing our whole plate. I think this is a good way to keep us motivated throughout the week and keep this up as a lifestyle and not a diet. I also try to wake up early the next morning and get a great workout in - either a long run, bike or spin session. I find sweating out the meal is a good way to re-motivate me for the week ahead and not dwell on going over on calories the night before.
