More protein, less carbs

I recently started tracking my meals again, but I am not happy with the number myfitnesspal only allows me to eat for protein. I was wondering if there is a way I can change my protein and carb count? More protein and less carbs. I have been staying under my calories and carbs but I max out my protein and fat. I make conscious decisions to eat more healthy fats, which is why I usually go over. I eat protein for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I measure my portions so that I am eating the right serving size. I also get some protein in my snacks, so by dinner I don't have enough. I understand how the calories are determined, but I've been using Body pump meal plan and from what I understand, it is based on high protein and low carbs, which is a lifestyle I am comfortable with. If anyone has any ideas on how I can make changes to my meal tracker, please help! Thanks! If not, please share how you track your protein and carbs, to prevent from going over before reaching the calorie goal.
