I heard about myfitnesspal from my friends mom and decide to sign up. Im tired of being fat! I need to all of this weight once and for all and keep it off. I hope I meet good people hear to guide me to health. I workout 5 days a week I run 17 miles/week and i do strength training 3 days/week.
